Mounting a camera for mountain biking action

I try to find a way easy to create a blog for cycling holidays. I can find blog hosts where you can send an e-mail appears on my blog, which is exactly what I want, but I want to be able to photographs taken throughout the camera too. I tried to set this option Flickr, but may t make it work. THX.
